I work as a product specialist: I care about the gap between what a product is supposed to do and what it actually does for the person in front of it. My background mixes engineering and academic work, and I bring that systems-minded, slightly stubborn attention to detail to product problems.
What I focus on
- Understanding real user needs over assumed ones.
- Turning messy problems into clear, decidable trade-offs.
- Keeping the people using a product at the centre of the work.
